Summary: Best gift ever!
Review: My husband bought me this book for Christmas and it is the best gift ever! It gives many different ways to earn reliable streams of income: concepts ranging from stock market investing to real estate to Internet opportunities.

Not all techniques will be right for everyone, depending on your age, skill set, location, risk tolerance and personal interests. Yet the opportunities he presents are sound and full of potential.

A few people have commented on the lack of details. I think he gives enough information to get you started on your OWN research. The techniques require work, perserverence and diligence, just like other aspects of life.

I'm already making money using a few tips from this book and anticipate making much more. Check this book out: you won't regret it!

Summary: Great book!
Review: If you've seen my personal list of book reviews you can see that I read a lot of motivational/money-making books. Several years ago I read Creating Wealth, also by Bob Allen. I really liked that book, so I was sure I'd like this one. One drawback- yes, as another viewer pointed out, the author is pushing his wares at every turn. How do you think he got rich! You've got to take advantage of every possible medium. Nevertheless, this book gives a person a lot to think about. It is well worth reading.

Summary: True ways To build wealth - not hype
Review: This book was the best investment I've made all year. I'm currently writing a 400-page book with all the confidence of knowing I will succeed as an infopreneur thanks to Robert Allen.

He is truly one of the greatest marketing minds on the planet! That isn't just my opinion... It's shared by many other top multi millionaire marketers as well.

If everybody acted on just ONE of the streams of income Robert Allen talks about, they would be much wealthier. These are excellent vehicles to build wealth for anyone.

So what if he offers more specific, detailed info (back end products) if you call his office or check out his website. That's smart of him! I want more information. Especially on quality stuff, not scams -- and that works.

He is not blatant -- unlike so many bad marketers out there with their flashing ORDER NOW! signs plastered all over their websites. He knows that people will come to him for more guidance because what he offers is sound and truthful.

Investing, marketing, and Real Estate... Anyone of these mountains can make us all rich.

The information contained in any single one of these chapters is more than enough to get big results from... without needing anything else -- if we just do it! Just like someone else mentioned... Robert T. Kiyosaki shows you what you must do. Robert Allen shows you HOW to do it!

The only book I'll ever need to make my million. Actually, this book will make me a millionaire three times over, using three of the streams he talks about! Great book. Buy it and use it like I am!

Thank you Robert Allen.

Summary: An advertisment in book form.
Review: If you really want the detailed "how to" information that is baited in this book you need to go to Robert Allen's web site, which is referenced throughtout the book. And what do you see when you get there? Seminars and other publications that cost serious money to actually learn to do what he is preaching. While the basic premise of the book is correct, don't be fooled to think you'll be able to take specific action, except for buying more of his material.

Summary: A Book Worth Reading
Review: The latest book by Robert Allen is perhaps the best he's ever written. One of the things I like best about it is that it gives several different options for how to make money. In addition to that, there are some outstanding chapters on how to KEEP more of your money. One of the other reviews asks whether you'd like to read a book by someone like Robert Allen who has encountered adversity in his life. I answer that with a resounding YES! Who better to learn from than someone who has been in the trenches and lived it rather than one who has merely observed it from some ivory tower? If nothing else, EVERYONE should read this book to learn how entrepreneurial minds think. That alone makes this a book well worth reading and well worth far more than the money spent to purchase it.

Summary: Not sure if it work
Review: Robert Allen's idea of having a multiple stream of income seems so easy. While I agree that you have to control your expenses and invest for the future as a strategy in this book, I am not sure if other strategies work.

For example, he likes to preach the nothing-down strategy in buying real estate. However, in my country, at least, it is govern by the law that 20% downpayment is a must. Even if one can borrow to pay an initial downpayment, the interest cost will have killed the buyer.

Therefore, I would say that by all means, read this book but with an open mind to decide for oneself as to whether the strategies work for you.

Summary: it's just so easy!
Review: This is an interesting book, if for no other reason than that it got me thinking on how to make money. However, the examples did not factor in costs (taxes, fees, etc.). Mr Allen, in this book, does give the reader one big long infomercial. This book lacked specifics. He also admits in the book that alot of these expensive seminars these infopreneurs give simply re-hash info from their cheaper products (books, audiotapes, etc.). This made me suspect how useful the suggestions in this book really were. It's an ok place to start your thinking!

Summary: Excellent financial guide
Review: I personally have been using Robert Allen's techniques to purchase real estate with no and little money down for about 9 years and his methods are "REAL". I am now taking these techniques and going to the next level. The true secret to his techniques are just doing it! I highly recommend this and other Robert Allen books as great reference guides. Ask yourself, what is "your" networth???

Summary: Young people just starting out should read this ...
Review: It is about knowledge and it is about discipline. This book would best serve young people just starting out and needing some basic financial knowledge. It opens thoughts and perhaps gives some tools to getting started toward building financial wealth and ultimate success.

Whether or not they put this information into play they will come to appreciate such sound financial advice. Real estate is always a key element to any financial success.

An interesting well documented read that enables the reader to think for themselves while getting to the dollars and cents of financial success. Title says it all.

Summary: No Whining Please...
Review: This is a great book, despite the whiners who've placed their sniveling reviews. One complained "this stuff doesn't work for average people". Excuse me, Dear Socialist, but NOTHING works for average people. Only a few percent of the population are wealthy and probably always will be.

Of course our socialist friends had to complain about "MLM". I'll be the first to help them catalog the problems with it. I can't say that I really like Allen's pick of an MLM company either. But to say "it just doesn't work" or that it ruins people's lives is just going overboard. The only people's lives it ruins are the ones who have a lottery ticket mentality who will fail no matter what they do...even if they do hit the lottery some day.

This book has revealed more "insider secrets" to making money to average people than any other work of its kind. Folks need to realize that the sales courses that are tacked on as "back end products" may not appreciably increase their knowledge. But as far as food for thought goes, this is one of the best books for people to get their hands on. Kiyosaki tells people to move to becoming focused on the "B" and "I" quadrant. Allen tells you HOW!

Forget all the whiners. They probably still think MONEY MAGAZINE tells them the truth about investing!
