Review: This is an updated version of a book Dr. Jensen wrote several years ago. If you can look past some of the poor editing you will find this book to be filled with important content about how we can strengthen our immune systems to allow our bodies to heal themselves naturally from diseased conditions. I used this information as a cornerstone of a natural healing program I used to recover from a serious illness several years ago. Highly recommend this for anyone interested in optimal health or natural healing. Don't read this at the dinner table though! (And you can go for professional colonic therapy if you don't want to bother with all the do-it-yourself stuff.) As for Dr. Jensen's references to other topics, such as iridology and goat's milk, just "take what you like and leave the rest".
