Summary: A great resource for brain-based educators
Review: I purchased this book after attending an inservice seminar on brain based education. The junior high team that I work with has implemented this resource into all or our classrooms. If you are new to the idea of not just putting students into groups but having them work cooperatively and learn to work as a team then the first half of this book will be an excellant resource. The second half of the book has great activites that will help you develop this approach in your classroom. The activities suggested work well because the build on one another so that ultimatley you can have your students working together, sharing their ideas, and bilding up one another. This is a great book!
