Review: I was delighted with the contents of this teaching guide. The skills pages, tests, and literay connections are well-written and user-friendly. The materials are rich in quality and very useful for classroom purposes. Each chapter includes Student Directives that can be used in a variety of ways, Vocubulary to anticpate along the reading as well as chapter summaries. There are pages of Character Development, Figurative Language, Plot Development and the springboard for many writing topics.
