Summary: Good Basic, but Really Outdated.
Review: This needs a new edition VERY Badly. It is 5-10 years behind the curve when it comes to technology and suggestions for a solo lawyer in that area. Other than that is is helpful and has good suggestions, but the glaring problems in its lack of currency regarding technology and the effect on the solo practioner bring it down.
