Summary: Best book ever written!
Review: My Honors English teacher didn't think this was a very good book, but I strongly oppose his thoughts. This book has everything! It is an action-packed non-fiction book, and it has very good literary techniques. I didn't want to put the book down because it was so exciting and interesting. I strongly recommend reading this book!

Summary: A deadly virus from Africa infects other regions.
Review: A deadly virus from Africa, known as Ebola, suddenly appears in the suburbs of Washington D.C. This virus is known to kill 90% of its victims, which results in the notification of the biohazard SWAT team. Known to deteriorate the entire human body starting from the inside, Richard Preston amazingly describes the unbearable situations which some characters must encounter, and of course make it one of their lasts days on earth. This deadly virus will take the life out of any living organism and spread through many regions and will also infect and kill those it comes in contact with.

Summary: I thought that this book was great!
Review: I had to read this book for a Biology project and at first I really didn't want to even get started. Then when I got into it I couldn't put it down. It was such a great book. I recommend this book to anyone. I was hooked from the beginning with Charles Monet to the end. The only bad part of this book was the last chapter, it was kinda left without closure and it didn't really flow all that well. But overall it was a wonderful book. Whenever you get the chance pick this book up!

Summary: This was a very interesting book. It kept me reading...
Review: I thought this book was very catchy. I like it how Richard Preston grabs the reader within the first 30 pages! This book kept me going, and I enjoyed it very much!

Summary: Picked it up skeptically...enjoyed it immensely.
Review: I was impressed with this book because it read like a fiction novel, but it carried a reality that I was starving for after having read mostly non-fiction for a long time. If you are burned out on invented storylines, check this book out. It is reality with a bite.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: It was the kind of book that you could not put down
Review: It was a great book I did not want to put it down, but when I did I could not wait until I could pick it up and read some more. I must have read it 3 times and I read it my freshman year in high shcool so you know that was alot. I am now a senior and I want to read it again.

Summary: A MUST READ
Review: THIS BOOK IS A PAGE TURNER FROM BEGINNING TO END. ONCE I PICKED IT UP I COULDNT PUT IT DOWN. I HAD A BOOK REPORT TO DO AND MY TEACHER THOUGHT THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD GET IT DONE IN OUR TWO WEEK TIME SLOT, BUT THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD I READ ALL 400 PAGES IN 5 DAYS. I THINK THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS BOOK IS THAT ITS COMPLETELY TRUE

Summary: The book was extremly interesting but scary as hell!
Review: Ths book is a detailed desrciption of the ebola virus and the several examples of experiences surounding it. It opened my eyes to a world i hadn't known exsisted and now i can't wait to find out more about! A great book for anyone interesting in science fiction.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Probably one of the best books of all time.
Review: I could not put this book down. To think that this story is true is really very frightening. I have done a lot of study on the subject of hemorrhagic fevers since reading this book several months ago and I am convinced that the end of mankind is not going to be some sort of gigantic nuclear attack - I believe the end of mankind will come when the rain forests are cleared. It's obvious that a score of viruses and diseases thrive in the rain forests in their natural habitat. When the rain forests are cleared those viruses and diseases will have to go elsewhere to find a natural host, as this book describes, and with no biological weapons to protect us, our species will end. There are some places we are not meant to disturb and by doing so we are taking our lives in our own hands and risking it all. I highly recommend this book as a must read for everyone, especially our youth, our future, if there is to be one.
