Summary: Trump should fire himself
Review: I used to be a big wrestling fan. I wrote about wrestling, got to know several wrestlers and went to many of the matches. I was in the front row for the famous match in the mid 1980's when wrestler Jerry Lawler dropped comedian Andy Kaufman on his head.

I was rooting for Kaufman. I liked to root for the bad men as it was a rebellious thing to do and I knew that wrestling was not for real. Since many people in the audience did not know that wrestling was fake and liked the good guys, I usually was lucky to escape with my life.

I think rooting for bad guy wrestlers helps me to understand why people watch reality shows. I don't watch them but see the commercials. I can't avoid commercials for the show with Donald Trump as they replay it on CNBC, a station that I watch every day.

People seem to get off on watching Trump tell people, "You're fired." Trump fits the stereotype of what some people think a hard charging businessman should be like.

I've been a boss for a long time. I've fired a number of people and it is really painful. People are fired because they are not doing the job correctly or management made a mistake in hiring too many people at the wrong time. It should be hard on the person doing the firing as it reflects bad planning or bad execution on someone's part.

Firing should be a time of reflection and a chance to explore what went wrong. Trump teaches television viewers that firing someone is a macho thing you do to make people think you are a strong leader.

Because Trump is famous, good looking and has lots of charisma, I am sure that some viewers look at him and see good qualities instead of thinking that he acts like a spoiled child.

Being spoiled is something that comes easy to Trump. He grew up the son of a millionaire and used his daddy's money to get started. He got his reputation as a business leader by buying buildings and putting his name all over them. He is a master at using publicity. He may not be the richest or most successful businessman in America but he is definitely the most famous.

I think people root for him for the same reasons that I used to root for the bad guy in wrestling. It is fun to root for a guy who seems to go against the grain. He represents the values of greed and an America gone wrong but he does not shy away or apologize for his actions.

The late John Savage, a Toledo life insurance agent, did a lecture that compared Donald Trump to Mother Theresa. Trump had nothing that she wanted and she had nothing that Trump wanted. Their value systems were totally different.

I don't think Mother Theresa ever got in someone's face and said, "You're fired".

There has been a move to have Mother Theresa canonized as a saint. I suspect there will not be that same push for sainthood when Donald Trump dies.

I hate to pick on Trump as I would probably like him if I ever met him. We have the same first name, we both handle money and we both have been to wrestling matches. His favorite wrestler is the Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibose, and I suspect that Trump probably roots for the bad guy too.

Since Trump loves publicity so much, when his reality show goes off the air, I can see him going the route of the late Andy Kaufman and starting to act like a bad man wrestler. I can see him running around insulting people and spewing stereotypes like Kaufman did.

If that happens, we may be able to get Jerry Lawler to challenge Trump to a wrestling match and see if Lawler can use the same move on Trump that he did on Andy Kaufman.

Lawler dropped Kaufman on his head and put him in the hospital.

If Lawler tried the same thing on Trump, this time I would be rooting for Lawler.

Summary: He's fired
Review: How to Get Rich should be titled "How I Got Rich - and Love Talking about It." This isn't a how-to, it's a how-I-did-it book. If you like hearing rich people talk about how they got richer (besides being born with the proverbial silver spoon in their mouths), this is a good book. If you're looking for rock-solid ideas of how YOU can get rich, forget it. Trump starts each mercifully short chapter with generalized advice about having passion, staying focused, working hard, and then lapses into People-speak about how he stays focused, works hard and has passion. This guy pats himself on the back so much, so often and so hard he should've written a chapter on being a contortionist. There is NOTHING in this book that will help anyone with half a brain realize their goal of being rich. You wanna get rich? Do something you love, work hard at it, keep your eyes on the prize and surround yourself with people you trust. That's Trump's bottomline - besides his billions in the bank.

Save your money and don't buy this book - unless you want to help Trump get richer by buying it.

He's so fired...

Review: Well, i don't think you'll be rich from reading this book, but it was an interesting read.. I know alot more about the man now. And yes, he does use the book to praise himself. But why shouldn't he? Millions are reading it!

Summary: GET PAST THE HAIR!
Review: That's the kind of superficial thinking that keeps us stuck. This guy knows what he's talking about, and he delivers the goods in this book.

Summary: I Haven't read the book yet...
Review: ...But after reading what a reviewer wrote im considering buying it just for spite.(cuz he duzn't like the pres.)lol

"This arrogant goofball was born on 3rd base and thinks he hit a triple, just like the village idiot in our White House."

Summary: Not quite what I was looking for
Review: I am not going to go into much detail as I think the way I will phrase this everyone will understand.

Donald does have some interesting tid-bits to pass on but for the most part this audio book is more of a "PEOPLE" magazine biography of the man and his praise of all of the people this work for him.

Example: Almost the entire last two, of five, CD's are devoted to a typical week in the life (almost minute by minute).

Is it worth a listen driving to and from work, probably. Is it worth spending money on a new copy, doubtful. Buy this one used in a month or so if you can find it under $10.00.

Summary: RUMP: How To Get Rich, Without Even Trying
Review: Frank's Digest
The Condensed Version
(So you don't have to waste your time or money)

RUMP - How To Get Rich
Page 1:
Get off your lazy behinds and inherit millions from your daddy or ask his wealthy friends to bankroll a business for you, what's wrong with you people?
Page 2: Time to go pamper myself.
Don't hate me because I am so pretty, smart, rich and humble.
The End

This arrogant goofball was born on 3rd base and thinks he hit a triple, just like the village idiot in our White House.
These two guys are just so bewildered why everyone isn't rich, it was so easy for them, so they will have to learn the rest of us.
But most people know if Rump and Bush (dumb and dumber) had not been born into privilege, they would be lucky to have a job flipping burgers, or managing a worm store, so take your book and shove it and don't let the right wing zealots steal another election for the moron or he will get more people killed and bankrupt this country, like he did every other thing he was put in charge of.
And what's with Rump's hair, I would not be surprised if he spent more time having that do done, than he spent on this book.
Donald, W.
YOU'RE FIRED!

Summary: Very interesting and entertaining..
Review: I have to admit I was never a fan or follower of Donald Trump. I knew he has made a fortune in real estate and had his ups and downs. So I picked this book solely because I liked "Apprentice". I was very impressed, and couldn't put it down until I finished it. Very easy read! You can definitely pick up Trump's personality from the writing of this book - straight forward, concise and to the point. The book is not a get quick rich manual, but is more of a collection of stories and their effect on success. Make sure to read a part about "Typical Week of Donald Trump", it will put things in perspective on what kind of character and traits you need to become successfull. Also, Trump is not urging everyone to make money in real estate, like many other books these days, moreover he focuses on personal happiness, you should do what you are good at and what makes you happy.
I would definitely recommend the book to everyone as it is very intersting and very entertaining.

Summary: Should be entitled, "How To Choose Your Parents Well"
Review: Most of us weren't born with silver spoons in our mouth. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on Donald Trump. He did take what he started with and parlayed it into bigger money. And he would have been lazy or mindless not to be able to pull that off. But Trump can't really believe that his words of "wisdom" will help someone who wasn't born into the money and connections that his father set him up with. Or maybe he is so disconnected with the masses that he really believes that if you save 5% of what you have left over from your minimum wage job, you too can get rich.

If the common man has any hope of getting rich, then he would be better served reading a book written by someone who TRULY had no money to start with & who made something from nothing. Everyman would be better served if he were told to marry a well to do woman if his own pockets were empty. At least he would have a better chance of getting some seed money.

Summary: income=human worth?
Review: Yes, of course this book is better than all the other books out there, because DONALD MAKES MORE MONEY! Donald Trump is obviously a better writer than Shakespeare and God put together! (They obviously needed better agents) Just like Jay Leno is a better artist than Van Gogh and Michaelangelo, because money is always the ultimate indicator of quality! And needless to say, Donald is a better person than a million 9-11 firefighters any day! Get a clue, morons!
