Review: There are at least a thousand Christian colleges and universities in this country. This book is a guide to Baptist and Presbyterian and a few conservative Methodist and other Reformed church schools. There are no Catholic schools listed, no Lutheran schools listed, etc.

As a Lutheran, I thought this book was a very bad purchase. I thought they would include Lutheran colleges (there are forty two of them, but not one of them is listed, nor are they even mentioned).

Don't buy this book unless you are a very conservative Reform Christian, and want to know only about the hundred or so schools that come directly out of this tradition. Some of these are probably good schools, and I'm sure they are good people, but they aren't what I was looking for. I'd rather go to a Catholic or a Lutheran school since I'm a Lutheran (ELCA).
