The author has also demonstrated how repo fits in with the other money markets. Highly recommended, a good guide to repo and stock lending.

Review: This is a well written book covering not just 'repo' but also introducing TRS and ALM (total return swaps and asset liability management). It does a good job of showing how the repo desk interacts with other trading/sales functions. For those of you in the industry , the examples are all 'bloomy' screenshots.

Summary: The ULTIMATE guide to repo and the money markets
Review: This is surely the best ever book on repo and ideal for beginner or expert. The reviewer from New York has surely missed the point when (s)he compares it to Stigum's book, the point is this is a book on repo, not the entire money markets, and has a much more gloabl outlook than Stigum's book which is very US-centric. Choudhry's book covers everything one will need on repo, it also places it nicely in context in the money markets and also has great illustrations and worked examples using Bloomberg. All in all, a very good value-for-money book.
