Rating: Summary: Fight Back! Review: We all know that the cops are making money for the city. If the speed limits really meant anything, we'd all be getting in accidents every single day. If cops really want to prevent us from speeding, then why do they HIDE? Isn't it convenient that you benefit from your 'enforcement' of the 'speed' laws? If speed equals risk, then why was the national U.S. limit raised from 55 to 65? Figure that out.
Rating: Summary: VERY HELPFUL Review: Well, having never received a speeding ticket, and wanting to keep my record clean, I decided to take my friends advice and appeal the ticket in court. He referred me to Mr. Wallace's book, the Educated Guide, to help assist me. Well, it did just that. I went to court, and the police officer did not show up...and the case was therefore dismissed, it was easy as that!!! Thanks Mr. Wallace and Amazon.Com for making this book available to people like me who, without the book, would have had no idea how to appeal a speeding ticket in court. And in reading the book, I am now better prepared for any future speeding tickets, should I receive one. Altho I do not agree with police officers writing such books, I am glad Mr. Wallace broke the rule and came forward to help people like me, and explain how greedy the entire speeding ticket industry is from the courts to the insurance companies. For the $19.95 I invested, I saved $190.00 in fines and who knows how much in Insurance company surcharges that I DID NOT have to pay. Again, thanks.
