Review: The collaboration between the P.T. and the D.O. is a beautiful thing. This is a nice reference book for the new student to the learned practitioner on the thoracic spine etc. This part of the spine is generally greatly under evaulated and under treated. This user freindly text should aide in more effective treatment.
