Review: I purchased Streetwise a few weeks ago and have already used Mr. Speed's guidelines to close on a property that I had on the market for 6 weeks! I found the section on avoiding default especially helpful - in my rush to get property sold, I've never given default a second thought. There's a lot to digest in this book and I have a feeling this will be one to refer to again & again. I recommend this book to any real estate investor.
