Summary: Read this book..."Joo know everyting"
Review: As a 1st year medical student at the University of Oklahoma, the 2nd year students told us "Memorize every word get an A; Memorize every other word, get a C." I'm a believer. This is our bible at OU. Live it. Breathe it. Shower with it. Love it. Use it as your pillow. Small size allows you to carry it to all social events. Wow your friends with fun anatomy facts. Quiz each other with detailed question and expanation sections. If you know Chung, "Joo know everyting! "

Summary: Great review, needs pictures
Review: Great review for the USMLE Step 1. Good price. I think it could use more pictures. Good organization and with useful details. If you are going to get this book you should get an Atlas (Netter is the best). A good buy.

Summary: Excellent book for the boards
Review: I found this book to be a must buy for the USMLE Step 1. It helped me focus in on key aspects of the material. The book helped me remember facts easier and with less stress. However, I also used the following book which is also on amazon.com:
Spinal Anatomy Study Guide: Key Review Questions and Answers
by Patrick Leonardi (ISBN: 0971999600)
The second book helped me to be ready for some of the type of questions encountered on the USMLE Step 1. I was recommended this book from a friend and he was right on target with the Spinal Anatomy Study Guide. Get both books, worth the money.

Summary: Minimize your time and efforts !
Review: I use this book to study for the incourse exams. I like it very much. It is fantastic! It makes your life easier and more comfortable. It minimizes your time of studying espacially if you have a lot of information to study. Excelent for reviewing before the final exam. It is recomended for those who have short time and large material to study (like me scince I'm a medical student, 3rd year)

Summary: Effective way to prepare for the Boards in Anatomy
Review: I used this text, more than my own medical anatomy book. It's clearly a powerful tool and review for the boards. A must if you are preparing for your boards or taking anatomy

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not good, not bad
Review: The gross anatomy board review series is quite helpful for those who struggle with gross anatomy. With the large amount of information that medical students are required to learn during their first year, this book helps to guide the student along. Although the organization of the text was something I found a little difficult to adapt to(sections are organized by systems rather than by relationship), I still found the book to be immensely helpful in reviewing for tests. As a SUPPLEMENTAL text, it does the job quite nicely and would be worth buying for sure.
