Summary: A TERRIBLE BOOK YOU WONT LEARN A THING
Review: This is not a book. This is a PR pamphlet that costs $20.00!!! The author made a lot of money. Great. But do you really want to spend $20.00 to hear him tell you over and over again:

He is brilliant. he is clever.

He never tells you his methods or his insights other than how wonderful he is. The book is simplistic drivle that is not even worthy of a 2 inch mention in a free newspaper. Badly written, u8nintersting and incredibly uninformative. I can only imagine the size of the mirrors in his office!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT REAL ESTATE.
BUY DONALD TRUMPS STUFF.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: AN EDUCATIONAL AND INTERESTING READ
Review: This phenomenal book has taught me numerous valuable information on how to promote my business, how to draw potential clients, how to utilize the media for my advantage, the result of being surrounded by "intelligent minds", and the four stages of running a successful auction. Steven Good also explains ways on how to build a successful brand name and much, much more? This book taught me that success is in the hands of the beholder. Through hard work and perseverance, prosperity and success will always prevail, and becomes inevitable. It also provided me with a myriad of ideas that greatly enhances my knowledge about real estate, auctioning real estate, and financing real estate. His style and knowledge regarding real estate makes this book very interesting, educational, and easy to read.

Summary: A foundation for any business
Review: Until I read this book, I had always assumed that Sheldon Goode and Company was a leading real estate firm due to the "star" qualities of Mr. Good alone. The success of the firm, however, can also be attributed to Mr. Good's adherance to a consistent set of guiding principals that would work for any company in any business. Guiding principals such as forming and nuturing relationships, consistency of execution, constant promotion, expand the platform, don't wait for the phone to ring and recruit associates interested in sharing success are just of few examples by which Sheldon Good operates and has created this success. They are simple concepts but difficult to execute over a forty year time frame and very few companies can claim this longevity and success.

The incredible variety and complexity of the deals Mr. Good has completed was very enjoyable reading and I look forward to a sequal. I now know who I would call to sell a property for maximum value in a short time frame.

Summary: Inspiring - To the Point
Review: Whether your area of interest is real estate or not, Mr. Good's stories will keep you riveted. I am an entrepreneur with my own business not in the real estate world. I found countless similarities from which I could gleen nuggets of advice which inspired me.

I was fascinated by the chapter about auctioning the Michael Jordan restaurant building. The months of effort invested, all the intricacies executed and the actual sale is over in minutes. Wow.

Good reading.
