Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A "must read" if you...
Review: ... teach or study marketing, entrepreneurship, or organizational culture.
... are looking for self-employment opportunities with low capital outlays and lots of freedom
... could use some motivation and optimism, as regards yourself and/or America
... have a free afternoon (the book is very easily read, I finished it in a couple of hours) you could spend exploring the telecommunication industry, network marketing, trends in modern business, the future of Social Security and Medicare, the importance of spending time with your children, the stories of many successful and likeable people, and one great idea that changed their lives.

Summary: Read and Dream; Join and Work; Work and get Freedom!
Review: An excellent book to give to a friend or relative who's been beaten about the head and shoulders by life (i.e. do they have a boss who tells them what they're worth? . . . a parent who doesn't give support and encouragement?, etc.) Some people are sick and tired of being sick and tired; this book tells about some of them who took control of their lives. Good inspiration for those who still have a spark behind their eyeballs, but the people who "need" it the most won't bother to read more than the dust cover. This book fed my enthusiasm and raised my belief level, but that's probably because I'm an enthusiastic believer who already knows Excel works . . . if you do.

Summary: A win-win book and opportunity!!
Review: Want to read a book that provides excitement, fun and best of all hope for readers that are fed up with dead end jobs and jumping through other people's hoops? Well, grab a good chair and dig in.

I was quite impressed that this book was not written by the Excel Marketing Department but was written by an independent author. He investigated the company and interviewed the individuals to get his material.

Get excited as you progress through Excel's nine-year history and its clearly awesome future in the telecommunications industry. What, for me, started out as an interesting book ended up as a life changing event. It will not take the readers long to mentally place themselves into the Excel equation. Thoughts such as "hey, I can do this" and "I can't believe this is available to me", begin to slip in to one's thought processes.

Add excellent writing and many "real life" success stories of people just like you and me, and you have quite a fine book about the opportunity of ten lifetimes.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: An intriguing chronicle of an incredible success story.
Review: If you're thinking of purchasing this book because a friend or relative recommended it to you, but you're unsure because you're somewhat skeptical that a business book can be a good read. Then rest easy. This well written, fast paced, and intriguing book will give you cause to seriously consider the quiet revolution that this company has birthed in telecommunications, network marketing, and home based business. After turning the last page you will be sure of three things: Excel is a sleeping giant in communications, the opportunity is real, and the time is now. Larry A. Lane

Summary: "WOW!"
Review: As an independent representative for Excel, I anxiously awaited the release of this book not knowing what to expect. Lemme tell ya -- it was worth waiting for! With millions of Americans looking over their shoulders, wondering when the corporate axe is going to fall, this book provides an insight into a trend that is sweeping the country -- self-sufficiency! If you've come to the realization that the only person who is going to take care of you is yourself, then Robinson's book will let you get a first hand look at how others have achieved that independence and how you can too. Timing is everything in business -- and without question, this book is about the right business at the right time. All I can say is "WOW!"

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the greatest books of rising American business's
Review: This was by far the most stiring book about American business I've read in the last decade. It seemed to capture the essence of the American Dream. Kenny Trout,CEO and Steve Smith are men of integrity and honor and after having read this book I am convinced that we have not heard the last of this waking giant! What a great Model!
