Review: As a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, I found this book to be filled with vital information. This book was required reading for a forensic's class, it was anything but.. I highly recommend this book to professionals in this field, but also anyone who is interested in true crime and studying behaviors.

Review: Practical Aspects of Rape Investigation is probably the best multi-disciplinary rape investigator's text in existence, and certainly the most comprehensive psychological profiling guide that is available in print. It takes you from the myths and the physical evidence collection, up through the profiling process. It's also very heavily focused on victim's issues which are incredibly important, and very often overlooked or misunderstood. I use this book for our online serial rape investigation book, and I can think of no better student or professional text on non-homicidal serial crime.
