This book is a lot like Multiple Streams of Income, however, it focuses much more on real estate. Once again, the success comes from doing, not just reading. But hey, you've got to start somewhere. This is definitely a good starting point.

Review: This book is excellent. It is more of a do it yourself, fix up houses and sell them book, than a find great deals and sell book. It is almost an autobiography on how Whitney made his millions, which makes the book more interesting and personel. He has new ideas on how to further ROI by fixing your houses up. Whitney is a true entreprenuer and a hardworking man. He is not a business-like man that so many other authors are.

Review: This book is great because it makes you understand real estate a whole lot better and it really explains to you how to get a little money in your pocket.I saw the commercials in television and said to myself "it's just another infomercial trying to take your money" but I started thinking "what if this is really true" so i said what the hell the book is not that much to buy.Now I am really happy that I got this book and I recommend this book to anyone, this is a good book to read.

Review: this book offer tips, techniques i need about real estate business. i always want to get in real estate business, and don't know where, how to start and afraid of failure. this is the book i've been looking for, that offer you nuts and bolts of real estate business. now i'm determined to follow Russ' path. If he can do it, why can't I?

Review: This book shows a very good system for building wealth for the person who wants to go from zero to financial independance. It worked for me. I have since gotten quite involved with the Russ Whitney program. I personally spoke with two people last month who told me they became millionaires...each within a year...from the Russ Whitney system. I would definitely recommend it.
