Review: Overall, I think that this book is worth the price. I don't know about attending his seminar, but he does have a few fresh ideas to creatively improve one's financial outlook through real estate in his book (aside from the multitude of ways to have a seller carry back, rehashed time and time again in most books). Plus, much like Robert Allen's "The Road to Wealth," this book is very inspiring--to know that a self-educated, persistent man could attain such a financial empire with the sweat of his brow.

Review: Russ explains real estate investing in a clear, straightforward manner. Russ makes real estate investing techniques accessible to anyone. Russ also addresses the biggest barrier to success, our own fear, and how to overcome it. An excellent book for anyone who is considering real estate investing or for anyone who is already investing in real estate.

Review: Russ iz the man! I went to his siminare and boht his starter cit. I boht a hous at 90 thosan dollers and paid 10 thosan dollers tu get it ficksed up! I then sold it for 100 thosan dollers! I made munny! Ha ha douters! I'm rich an yer knot!

Review: Russ Whitney explains, in laymen terms, his personal experiences with real estate, such as discounting mortgages and how to gain positive cash flow. Building Wealth provides you with numerous opportunities to help build your real estate portfolio. These techniques really work and should be included in college, unfortunately they're not. A MUST BUY!!

Review: Russ Whitney has written an excellent book for investing in real estate. I am primarily a stock market trader, but since 2000, have been diversifying. Real estate is a great investment, safer than the stock market with powerful returns.This book is jamm packed with information on how to get started in real estate. It's easy reading and enjoyable.I also recommend the 16% solution and real estate riches for more info and any of the rich dad books bin addition to real estate riches.

Review: Russ Whitney is living proof that the American Dream is alive and well. I bought his book after attending a local seminar and catching his informercial.I had lousy credit. The section on credit repair was particularly useful to me. Also enjoyed the section on insider bank secrets.By the way, I re-established my credit and got approved for bank loans and credit cards after following Russ's techniques.Real Estate is still the best producer of wealth available today. Russ prooves that anyone can do and if they just pull up their sleeves and go to work.I also suggest Real Estate for Real People and Brilliant Deductions. Must reading for any serious Real Estate Investor.Great books.

Review: Russ Whitney's Book on Building Wealth paved the way for people like me to go from nothing, actually less than nothing, to now being a full-time real estate investor. The night I picked up Russ' book, I stayed up until 2am reading it, because I couldn't put it down. Russ' story is truly an inspiration to those who will LISTEN, and are ready to take action and control with their life(not whine). I did attend his training, my friend and I took every course that Russ offered. We are now both full time real estate investors, as are so many others who have taken the same path. Summary: 27 Year Old Literally Bankrupt Girl Buys 10 Properties
Review: Russ Whitney's book was just the information I needed to begin my ascension from bankruptcy to financial independence. I saw an ad in the newspaper for an investment seminar he was sponsoring. While there was no way I could afford to attend it, the book was the perfect solution. I bought it. I was completely riveted, motivated and inspired. I couldn't help but take action on the concepts he detailed. Within one month of reading the book, I bought my first investment property. Within 10 months I had nine more. I, of course, had no money and bad credit at the time and was able to overcome it all with the information he provided. His style is relaxed and easy to read. He takes a complicated financial subject and makes it possible for the layman to assimilate and put into practice. He made me feel that if he could achieve wealth rising from a $5 an hour job as a hog slaughterer that anyone could. I believed him and it sure paid off. I'm now working on a success story of my own! I highly recommend this book as a must for any would be investor. Even now as an accomplished and experienced investor, rereading the book still provides me with new insights and I now see different levels of techniques to try. If you are not inspired and educated by this book, you may be completely without passion! Get the book, you'll be glad you did!
