Review: Many requests for information about how to obtain this book have been sent to the editor. Most problems related to the fact that the publisher of the First Printing no longer owns the rights to the book. The current publisher of the Second Printing (i.e. a second printing of the First Edition) of this book is Edward Arnold Publishers, based in London, Enlgand. The date of the Second Printing is 1998. Books from Edward Arnold Publishers are distributed in the USA by Oxford University Press, located in New York, N.Y. Other persons have inquired when the next completely new Second Edition will be available. The editor is working hard on this project, but the new book will not be available for several years, i.e. probably in 2003.
