Summary: Buyer Beware
Review: While reading this book, I came to the conclusion that some of the information here is incredibly outdated and the rest is just tips and bits of information that any financial institution has picked up on.

85 to 90% of this book in nothing but promotional materials offered else where outside of this garbage advise to supposely continue your so called "Success In Real Estate", almost nothing in this book is practical in the real world.

Another thing that ticks me off is that, While some so called reviewers are giving this "Book Infomercial" good reviews, why do need hide your Name and Hometown if you recommended it so much.
Some of these reviewers are as phony as this book.

Take the cost of this book and take your significant other to the movies instead, He/She will like that investment better.
