Review: Do not just take Irwin Schiff at his word. Go to any large library and refer to the codes that he specifies. One must draw the same conclusions as Irwin. People to lazy to read and ignorant liars will of disagree with the black and white truth. Read and decide for yourself.

Review: Every American should buy this book in order to be free from the IRS. I have used Irwin's procedures for five years and have stopped the IRS from doing anything to me using the information in the Federal Mafia. I have even stopped garnishment of wages. Learn the truth about the income tax. See for your self that the in the Internal Revenue Code there is no definition for the word income. Even if you don't use Irwin's book for yourself, at least realize what the IRS is doing, illegally to the American public.If you want to stop big government, then buy the Federal Mafia and put your money back into your pocket and not in those who don't care how they spend it. With this book you'll have confidence in yourself and will be able to stand up against the IRS. This book will teach you how to use the government own books and records against themselves.

Summary: Required reading for any serious lawyer or accountant
Review: Extremely well documented and eye-opening. Hard to both believe and understand at times, but you too will see that the emperor has no clothes. Again, if he's wrong, why doesn't the IRS or district attorney just state the law that requires payment of an income tax and shut Mr. Schiff up? As for his jail sentence...Nelson Mandela and Jesus Christ were imprisoned, does that make them wrong or not to be believed?

Review: For anyone wanting to learn more about the way the Gov't illegaly collects the "income" tax, and exactly what authority the IRS has or doesn't have, this book is a must read. And to those using the ...well he was put in jail..argument. Stop trying to scare people. Many great men and women throughout history have been jailed by corrupt governments who wanted to shut them up. So what's your point? Besides Irwin is free and spreading the word, so if everything he's writing is a lie, why hasn't he been put in jail again for misleading people about taxes, and inducing them not to pay? Everyone knows where he is and how to contact him. Hmmmm. Read. Learn. Get mad. Then do something to stop the insanity.

Review: I called and asked the IRS where my income tax liability lies in law and for that matter where it says I have to pay. They could not tell me. WHY WOULD THAT BE SO? Irwin Schiff can tell you.

Summary: Schifft into freedom
Review: I have been reading "tax protester" material since I could find it (they don't teach it in school). My very first question was never answered. It was; Hey employer, on this W4 it says "if I was not liable last year (having never worked before this applied) AND not expecting to incur tax liability next year I can sign exempt. What makes me think that I am going to be liable next year?" The answer I got was "Everyone is." Does this sound like you? Then why do they have "exempt" on the form? Read and discover the truth! The truth they would never teach you in school...

Summary: Don't try this at home!
Review: I love Irwin Schiff and this book, but let me tell you, this book is for informational purposes only. The book claims to show how the Federal Gov. illegally has put in place a defacto salary and wage tax on human beings. And he makes a darn convincing case for just that. After reading this book, not only will you understand how the tax system works, you will also have an 'in' as to how the judicial system can work against you and how the tax system destroys wealth and our society as a whole. Read it, you will not be disappointed, but do not so anything in this book without consulting a tax attorney. The course of conduct the author suggests is not a simple and undangerous one. It could result in your being jailed and/or the seizure of your assets. And I am sure there are people behind bars who could attest to that.

Summary: The only recent,non-fiction,book on incometax in print today
Review: I not only read the book, I am in it.Irwin gave me that honor. Everyone in this great nation that can read, needs to read every book that Irwin wrote. Information is power, and this what the "federal mafia" fears the most! They do not want the U.S.citizens to know the LAW. they want to tell them what it is, it is time for all to know the truth for themselves and not believe anyone. To check it out for yourselve, the info is there! bring it to your cpa, to your Lawyer. let them tell you it is not true. AND WHY!!! If they start with the BS, you will know!!!!! Try asking the IRS "anything" you will never get a straight answer. HOWARD HAL OLLMAN
