Review: This book is a wonderful guide through the NANDA maze for nursing students and practitioners. It gives guidance to the appropriate diagnosis, assessments to make, how to steer clear of dependent diagnoses, and using NIC Interventions and NOC outcomes. I am a professor of nursing, and I have used this for two semesters with my clinical stduents who rave about "the book" and also to help staff nurses develop great outcome based interventions for their patients. It is very user friendly and is very portable. At the price...it is the best bang for the buck!
