Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Just Use Common Sense Instead
Review: The title is compelling simple, and the book is even simpler. "Learn people's names", "Arrive on time", "Don't write too small". You don't really need a book for this. If you do, well.....you probably shouldn't be in this business. Sorry.

Summary: Perhaps the 500 need to be distilled somewhat..
Review: This is a good resource for the beginning trainer and as a reminder/memory jogger for the rest of us who 'take it for granted'. However, some of the tips are just too obviouse even for the absolute novice (as pointed out below).

The tips are arranged into categories:
1)Planning & Preparation.
2) getting Participants Going.
3) Using Things Around You.
4) Keeping your Training Sessions Going.
5) Looking after Yourself.
6) Evaluating your Training Sessions.
