Review: I've been modeling water distribution systems since the mid 1980's; started out using Micro Hardy Cross from AWWA. Since then there have been other modeling programs and manuals, but no manual seem to be as up-to-date, and easy to use as "Water Distribution Modeling". It's written for the beginner, as well as the advanced user. I thought I knew it all, but found some great ideas on fire hydrant flow testing, which helped when adding new water mains to an existing system. Water Quality Modeling is now very important, and this book covers most of what we now need to do.

We unfortuantley only have one copy in the City and it is always being passed around from person to person, and that is the only bad comment I have.
