Summary: Another winner by Tracy
Review: I have several of Brian Tracy's tape programs and books. I always felt that Maximum Achievement was his best work. Create your own future is right up if not better than Maximum Achievement.

This book will help you become all that you want to be. Great book and I also recommend any tape program by Brian that you can get your hands on. Brian is the absolute best in the field of personal development, success, motivation and selling.

Summary: Outstanding insight in an easy to read format.
Review: I liked this book so much, I read it twice and highlighted sections of wisdom throughout. I would highly recommend it.

Summary: Great, easy-to-understand, common sense book
Review: I love this book. It provided me with a load of insightful thoughts that made me wonder why I haven't achieved more in my life yet. It explains why success is really a choice and how you can achieve more of it. Excellent reading, I highly recommend it! (If you like Anthony Robbins, you'll love Brian Tracy)

Summary: "Five Star Material--a lot like most of his other books"
Review: I still feel that Tracy's book, "Maximum Achievement" was his best. This book is almost as good, in fact, the presentation is better. If you haven't read one of his books, this is a great start. The detail in this book surpasses all of the other books he has written. But sadly, most of the material is repetitive. Brian Tracy is, in my opinion, THE BEST in his field. I own most of his books, as well as audio tapes and videos. It's not so much his presentation as his material that makes him so dynamic. As a success junkie, I've read many/most motivational specialists. Tracy beats them, hands down. If you like this stuff, but are sick of the Anthony Robbins type spiel, get into Brian Tracy. More acurately, get into motivating yourself! That's what it's all about.

Summary: Misleading MIT endorsement
Review: I would like to point out to my fellow success literature readers that while this book is very good it contains a very misleading endorsement. On the back cover (which you can see in amazon) it has a raving statement from someone named Mitch Huhem, President, MIT. I was extremely impressed with a self-help book being endorsed by the president of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. So, I went to the MIT site only to conclude that it never had a president named Huhem. I found out that Huhem is president of an insignificant company named MIT Financial (the word financial was conveniently ommitted from the book cover when there was plenty of space in the line to add it). Brian Tracy constantly raves about the importance of values and integrity, so I was disappointed to see that he allowed this misleading statement. As for the create your own future book, like I said it is very good although is just the information from maximum achievement recycled.

Summary: Fantastic !
Review: Just can't miss any of the part in this book, it really helps a lot. All the details in this book may not be helpful to you, but you will definitely find a part that can influence your whole life ! I am not exaggerating, it changes your point of view towards your life, you will become a more positive and aggressive person than ever you can imagine. Make sure you have read the details, then you will figure out how Brian Tracy has taught you a wonderful lesson that you won't figure it out by yourself within a very short time. If you wanna be a successful person, read his book and practice in your own life, you will see miracles happen for sure.

Summary: Waste of money
Review: Same old boring stuff. Try Tom Peters' stuff. You will never be the same again.

No wonder Brian Tracy is offering a money back guarantee on his website to promote this book. Plus you'll get some pretty uninspiring tape recordings too. If you really want to buy it, pls go to briantracy.com to get a better deal.

Summary: The Textbook On Success
Review: The first time I heard Brian Tracy I thought he was awfully dull. Then I started to listen to his message and the ideas and concepts sank in. An awful lot of material is common sense and borrowed from other's ideas --- but what success literature isn't?

The things that you might find useful about Brian Tracy are:

- The ideas are all concise and to the point. These are easy reads and you don't get a lot of extraneous storytelling or religious fanaticism.

- His audio tapes mirror his writing. They are concise and contain many powerful yet simple concepts (How about his concept of repeating "I am responsible" over and over -- simple huh? Could never work, right? Try it!). Some of Brian's simplest concepts work great.

This particular book, Create Your Own Future, is almost a transcript of his great tape series - The Luck Factor. This is a great opportunity to get a nice written summary of Brian's ideas after listening to the tapes. I really enjoy that he has broken up the ideas into short manageable bits.

Give his books a try. They contain all of the success "secrets" in an easily readible format. Highly recommended (I have almost all of them).
