Summary: Excellent resource for health scales
Review: I was primarily interested in social health scales, and found this book to be an invaluable listing of many of the scales available, including reliability and validity information, and actual scale text on e-file with the attached CD. Not for psychiatrists only, for any health researcher interested in using tested scales.

Summary: A Disappointment
Review: The book is good..... The CD that is included containing the actual tests, inventories and measures on it is nearly unacceptable as far as quality. The scanning job was poor and there is nothing that can be done to improve the quality or change the size. if I had seen it prior to purchase, I wouldn't have bought it. Additionally, when I contacted the publisher, the customer servifce representative was not even remotely interested in my concern or feedback.
