Summary: Stillin the process of reading
Review: You mentioned the fact that a person could ask to have the PMI cancelled if the 20% equity was met. My mortgage company stated that you can not do that on FHA loans. Your comment related to all types. Can you respond.

Summary: Every household must have this book , it covers everything!
Review: I am 28 and been in debt, out of debt and back in debt-Suze makes you really look at money in a diffrent way-RESPECT! If you respect yourself and your future you will love the book and want more once your done. No matter what age, hopefully young so you don't go through what I did. I am not just content with my money I am still in debt, but I am now no longer drowning in it and not depressed about it. We all have it now or did at one point. Very inspiring! I am going to get her CD's,but once I can pay for them by cash. I am learning!!!!

Summary: Not as good as Koppels MONEY TALKS
Review: I must agree with the several reviews that cited the excellent book by Robert Koppel on the subject of money,MONEY TALKS.IT is a far more interesting and thought provoking book.

Review: JUST GOT THRU READING YOUR BOOK. THE INFO IS VERY HELPFUL. FOLKS I ENJOYED THE SKILL SUZE PUTS IN HER WORK, EASY READ AND UNDERSTANDING FOR SOME ONE LIKE ME WHO DOES NOT KNOW A LOT, AND WANTS TO ASK HELP AND LEARN. YET NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO. THIS BOOK HAS MORE THEN PAID FOR ITSELF. AND GIVES ME HOPE AND TOOLS, THAT WHEN THE DAY COMES I CAN NO LONGER WORK, THAT I HAVE DONE SOME MOVES TO PROTECT MY HARD YEARS OF WORKING AS A COMMON LABOR WORKER. AND CAN ENJOY LIFE, AND LOOK TOWARDS THE WINDOW AS WHERE I CAN GO, AND NOT WAIT AND WORRY, FOR THE MAIL CARRIER TO DROP OFF MY SMALL SS CHECK. IF YOU READ THIS SUZE THANK YOU FOR BRINGING SOME CLOUD REMOVAL WINDS INTO MY LIFE. I WILL GIVE MY BOOK TO A CLOSE LOVED ONE AS A GIFT.

Summary: This book helped me get my act together.
Review: +AH4-Suze Orman does sound more like a motivational speaker than a financial advisor in this audio book. But, sometimes, at least for some of us, that's exactly what it takes. Motivation. She tells you how not to get into financial mess either created by you or in a relationship and how to take care of it if you're already in a mess, step by step. I paid off a student loan with a 8.5% interest rate instead of keeping that money in a savings account, earning 2% interest, which has been giving me a+AH4-+AH4- false sence of wealth. The chapter on retirement plans was especially helpful. I opened a Roth IRA account with a discount brokerage firm one week after listening to this tape. I'm in my mid-20s now, and I'm glad I got an early start. There were many subjects in the book that were not to my interest yet, (marriage, divorce, death of spouse, etc.) but I'm less afraid of what's ahead. I still think that "9 STEPS TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM" is better reading if you're trying to get text book+AH4-+AH4- information/instructions on personal finances.+AH4-

Summary: If You Believe in Mind over Matter this Book is for You
Review: Most of us believe in "Mind over Matter." Well Suze Orman teaches us that "Mind over Money" works, too! I already practice most of the frugal ideas Suze has in this book but I enjoyed reading how your mindset really does influence the coldest, hardest facts of life - your money. One of the powerful lessons I took away from the book was never to give in to the temptation to "hide" from your money when times are tough. I immediately thought of The Unattractiveness Stall described in THE 2,000 PERCENT SOLUTION because the last thing I want to do is face up to "ugly" bills and looming payment deadlines. Strangely, the more I faced my money situation the more I began to enjoy (yes enjoy) paying my bills because I could see that each payment brought me closer to achieving financial freedom. I encourage you to read this book, examine your personal attitude towards your money in general, and use the information to break yourself of bad money habits for good.

Summary: ...this has changed my life...it has begun opening doors!
Review: This book has begun opening doors I never knew even existed nor subconsciously even closed...I highly recommend going thru each chapter carefully, slowly and really searching inwardly to touch topics you've never were aware of.. take the time now to change the image you have of yourself to one that can enable true positive accomplishments in your lives... the best!

Summary: Save your dough!
Review: Better choice "Your money or your life"! Great nuts and bolts instructions on getting a financial grip.

Summary: Don't waste your time or money
Review: Its not worth your time or effort. Live below your means, develop a sensible budget and stick to it, invest wisely for the long haul, and don't plan your retirement on winning the lotto - and FEEL good about not living paycheck to paycheck. There, I just saved you the time and money you would have wasted in reading this book.
