Review: Just like the authors' promised, within two days I received a new client out of the blue! I am an health insurance agent and am tired of cold calling to find my clients. This process is much easier and more rewarding. The best part of working with this new client is that, instead of being a "salesman," I was able to be a counsellor, which I enjoy much more. I highly recommend this book to all people who are in sales positions.

Review: My wife and I both own our own businesses and have used Jan and Stacey's methods to help us determine who our target market should be. I make my living helping companies market on the internet and one of the biggest problems I see is lack of focus, especially from the small businesses and self employed people I do most my work with. I recommend Perfect Customers all the time to help people see how unique they are and therefore how unique their company is.
