Review: I first found this book at our local university medical library, then bought a copy for myself. I used it to study the possible causes of infertility. I'm not in the medical profession or a medical student (other than as a hobby) but this book was easy for me to comprehend.

Summary: save yourself the time and buy the lange pathophys book
Review: Not a bad book per se but I found info easier to find and more readable in the smaller general pathophys book made by lange.
