Summary: Excellent wound care primer
Review: I have read this book and used it as a resource in preparing for wound care certification. I found it invaluable for it's detailed sections on anatomy and especially physiology. It was extremely helpful in gaining an understanding of what happens in a wound and how it heals. There are equally helpful chapters on disease processes and their impact on wound healing, and on choosing dressings and techniques for proper wound care.
