Review: "The Bottomline on ROI" written by Patricia Phillips explains the principles of the Return on Investment (ROI) process clearly and succinctly and points out the most imporant aspects of implementing the process in order that it be successful. It is an important addition to the field of measurement and evaluation because it provides the benefit of Phillips's extensive experience in the field of measuring training and performance improvement but at the same time does not intimidate the new practitioner. Although my library is filled with books on evaluation, I keep this one in my hip pocket.
