I beleive this book will become the greatest book ever written on the subject of phone sales. I'm going to e-mail Joe personally to see if he'd come and speak at our next business function. There are tips in this book that can be used in any sales situation. This book is an easy read and the format allows you to home in on the areas you are especially interested in. I felt that Joe Catal had indeed made the same calls and knew what I was going through on the calls. Joe cuts through the chase and gives pointers on what it is like in the trenches -- real world cold calling with all of its ups and downs! I find myself employing his strategies on every call. It is the only book that I have found so far that addresses how to correctly handle cold calls and either move closer to the sale or move on when it is time to do so."
