Summary: New 5th Edition Expands on Shortcuts
Review: updated material includes new conversion tables in square millimeters, material on sizing plates for sizing pigs, conversion of gas volumes, relief valve sizing. Lots of charts and conversion tables and visual instructions with photos and illustrations.

Review: While I found the book to be excellent in many areas, I found the treatment of certain topics...uneven. Sometimes oversimplified; sometimes unnecessarily complex. The topic I was most interested in learning about, leak volumetric calculations, was given a very brief treatment (less than a page) - while other topics of very limited appeal (to me) had full chapters devoted - such as economics.All in all, however, the book is an excellent repository of pipeline calculations, considerations, and evaluations.

Review: While I found the book to be excellent in many areas, I found the treatment of certain topics...uneven. Sometimes oversimplified; sometimes unnecessarily complex. All in all, however, the book is an excellent repository of pipeline calculations, considerations, and evaluations.
