Review: Wow am I impressed! This book has really opened my eyes as to how simple the Real Estate investing business should be. I only wish I could have read "Dumb Enough" years ago before I followed one too many real estate agent's advice on what can and can't be done in the investing arena. The entire book is great but my absolute favorite is chapter five. This chapter has changed my whole approach to investing because I can now tap into an unlimited private funding resource. Barnett gives a simple 15 second "script" in this chapter of exactly what to say to potential investors. Simply put--IT WORKS! My family and I will be forever grateful for his 120-day, foolproof, step-by-step method. It has worked for us and I know it can work for you!
