Summary: If you need to know where to start, buy this book!!
Review: As a newcomer to real estate investing, I've heard about "Dumb Enough" at a seminar in California. On my 3 hours flight back to Detroit I couldn't take my eyes from the book. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for: an action plan in form of a step by step approach for the first 120 days. Just following the how to steps described in the book I started - in a matter of days - placing adds on the newspapers, sending messages to attract money lenders (which I placed on the back of my business card) and contacting companies to help me find great real estate deals.
