Summary: Good concept, doesn't drive the ideas home
Review: There are some good high level ideas here, but the book is weak on giving the reader actual tools to do things differently, to make work simpler. The book talks about information flow in terms of getting in, getting what you need, and getting out, yet it didn't follow its own philsophy. Even the sidebars, whose expected purpose would be to drive a point home, more annoying than useful. This book never got past the 'whats' and 'whys' of simplicity, to at least pointing the reader in the general direction of the 'hows' of translating the ideas into action.
