Review: I run a Real Estate firm dealing with new homes only. I needed to develop a tracking and building method for my onsite realtors to manage custom constrution. This is the only source I've been able to find that gave me a model to use for custom management. The local library carries one as a reference manual, and I looked at it BEFORE purchasing. Great manual!

The original builder documents are currently in use by over 800 builders across the country.

Review: Wow! An all in one book for the small to medium size construction business. What an excellent resource which is easy to set up and use! And it is great getting this from another builder who has tested these materials in the industry, and not some legal document writer who's just trying to sell a book! Way to go AL Trellis!
