Review: Excellent reference book for beginning and moderately experienced investors. I am a commercial real estate broker in Connecticut and New York, and own some commercial real estate. I found the book useful in giving me parameters on subjects I did not know, such as investing in land; it gave me some additional ideas on office properties and multi-family. I intend to keep the book as a good reference and consult it frequently. Overall, it gives a pretty good idea on how investment real estate is dealt with in the US.
