Summary: Interesting book but too superficial
Review: This book is an interesting one for anybody who does not know a lot about business administration (management), but unfortunately for any student (even undergraduate) it es very superficial; Many chapters are about organisation, leadership and human resource management - it is only a summary of many interesting topics. I would eigher recommend to somebody who is really interested in management to buy one book about organisation, one about human resource management and another one about organisational behavior
