Review: Great book for experienced managers and neophytes alike. Concepts and ideas may seem obvious but too many managers either don't get it or forget the fundementals. This book should be mandatory reading from the board room to the back room. Especially in this age of corporate scandel! Put your ego aside and give it a read, you'll be glad you did.
