Summary: Name Drops, and 1 theory after another.
Review: This is a very poor book. The authors simply name drops numerous OD gurus and their respective models or philosophies without explanations or judgements on what works and what doesn't. As I am currently enrolled in an HR Master's Program, I am appalled that National University would select this book as the text. I do not recommend that anyone purchase this book.
