Summary: 21 rules to overcome procrastination
Review: This book isn't a new take on time management or efficiency. Instead, Brian Tracy, a man who's own success speaks pretty loudly, takes some of the best wisdom out there on the topic and puts it in a compelling form. This is important beacuse time management is about more than having the right information - it's about putting that information into action. Tracy puts the same message of prioitization and focus in front of you in a form that challenges you to take action. Highly reccomended, but you have to be willing to use this book, not just read it!

Summary: A Wonderful Book
Review: This book was wonderful. I read it in a couple of hours and began to implement what I had learned into my routine immediately. This book is a short, no-nonsense guide to getting your life together - whether in buiseness or your personal life.
I also found that this book can be easily applied to almost any business whether it's in marketing, teaching, direct selling, etc. you can focus on the book as if Tracy were writing specifically to what you do. He is good on focusing on steps to get you where you need to be rather than mentioning the steps and going into great detail and analysis about it. And I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to either get a jump start or wanting to move up. Work with what he gives you and you will get there quickly.

Summary: I like this book a lot. It helps, and it's interesting
Review: To give you a better idea of the content of this book, below please find what the twenty one great ways are (available in both contents and conclusion pages):-

1. Set the table (goal setting)
2. Plan everyday in advance
3. Apply the 80/20 rule to everything
4. Consider the sequences
5. Practice the ABCDE Method continually (rating and prioritizing)
6. Focus on key result areas
7. Obey the Law of Forced Efficiency (do the most important first)
8. Prepare thoroughly before you begin
9. Do your homework
10. Leverage your special talents
11. Identify you key contraints
12. Take it one oil barrel at a time
13. Put the pressure on yourself
14. Maximize your personal powers
15. Motivate yourself into action
16. Practice creative procrastination
17. Do the most difficult task first
18. Slive and dice the task
19. Create large chunks of time
20. Develop a sense of urgency
21. Single handle every task

As you may see, some ways or chapters do overlap. However, the book is not that repetitive and it's a fun read with the author's excellent writing skill. In case you just want a short and interesting book (the title is great) that focuses on procrastination with less coverage of time and life management, this is it. Nevertheless, a drawback may be that many ideas here had been presented in the author's previous books. (I had read three Tracy books before this) Anyway, wish you all tasty frog (things that you keep procrastinating) meals! Enjoy!

Summary: Packed With Knowledge!
Review: We all have our frogs - important tasks that we've put off for whatever reason. The key to success is to eat your frogs quickly, completely and with focused determination. So says Brian Tracy, the master of hard-nosed time management. You'll find no touchy-feely personal development pabulum here. The message of this book: Action leads to accomplishment. With that simple rule in mind, Tracy rolls out tools and techniques that will get you off your backside and into motion. We [...], while uneager to take up noshing on amphibians (well, maybe just the legs, in plenty of garlic butter), strongly recommend this book to anyone caught in the swamp of procrastination.

Summary: KERMIT THE FROG?
Review: Yes. The Muppet's Kermit the Frog sang one song titled "It's not easy being green". After reading Brian Tracy's book, you'll be singing "It's not easy to continue being a procrastinator now"!

This book contains 21 wonderful chapters. Each chapter is like a different store in a Mall called the "Action Now Mall". Some days you need something from a store. Some other day you need something from some other store. Well. Same thing happens with Mr. Tracy's book. Just keep it near yor personal workspace. And use it like that. Consult it and put it away. As many times as you need it. As many times as you would go to the Mall.

So, don't pay attention to other reviewers saying this book is a waste of money. This book is NOT a novel. It's not even intended to be read from start to finish in a single night. This books is like a reference text or a manual or an instruction booklet. YOU NEED THIS BOOK IF YOU REALLY REALLY WANT TO STOP PROCRASTINATING NOW.
