Summary: Great reference - delivers what it claims - a must!
Review: The handbook is excellent because it fills the gap between textbook-design and robust industrial strength design. For instance, I am yet to see a textbook, even at the graduate level, which goes into the depths of certain filter design issues. The handbook does - and also cites pertinent references. I also like the comprehensive material on DSP hardware and software. If you are building practical DSP systems that must be robust and economical, buy this book!
