and even now when you are in advanced level, you will still need to pick-up some intelligent ideas, frequently .. from this wealthy book which is on your library shelf now ..
and you will never regret buying it ,and would love to see it and search it's sheets .. always ..

Summary: Practical Electronics For Inventors
Review: This book rocks! I'm an engineering student, and I've been looking for a book like this for some time. It's really covers topics in a manner that I can understand, and seems to touch upon everything in electronics, from theory, semiconductors, integrated circuits, stepper motors and servos, microcontrollers, LCD displays, etc. The drawing are pretty damn cool too. I highly recommend this book to anyone--beginner or engineer.

Summary: Practical and Excellent!
Review: This is an excellent book as far as content. It offers practical and insightful information for the engineer and hobbyist. It is not loaded down with formulas and theory. This is real "hands on" stuff! Be careful though as there are alot of typos. I believe it will become one of the classics like The Art of Electronics by Horowitz and Hill. A must have for the engineer, hobbyist or inventor!

Summary: Not for beginners
Review: Was looking for a beginner book that would teach me electronics from the ground up using easy narrative, simple examples, pictures, analogies, etc. I found the book to be very difficult primarily because the chapters lacked much simple explanations and quickly became thick with mathematics formulas. This guy obviously knows his stuff and this would be a good reference/facts book for an advanced electronics person.
