Summary: A must read for new and experienced investors alike
Review: As a seasoned investor, author and host of my own Real Estate Investment radio show, I read a lot of Real Estate related books and found this one to be top notch. While the answers to EVERY question are beyond the scope of any one book, the author covers just about every topic of concern to the RE investor. If you are new to the industry, you will come away with an understanding of what is involved and chapter 3 will especially help you focus and create a plan. If you are an experienced investor, you will be able to read this book on a whole different level and come away with tips and strategies on how to come away with more income and/or profit on every one of your investments. Review: Book might be ok but digital book is a real pain. Hard to down load. Need to make book easy to down load. Wont do it again. Easyer to go to the store and get one then jump though hoops.

Review: Diane and Garrett have done it again! This book is a must read for all real estate investors.This book covers a wide array of legal tax strategies (content) that real estate investors should be aware of. It is written in easy to understand terms and gives several excellent illustrations of real life examples. Review: E-book would not allow you to print pages for review. Difficult to read on-line. Would not purchase e-books again unless it allows an option to print out certain selected pages. Content of the book was very beneficial.

Summary: LOOPHOLES IN REAL ESTATE
Review: I FIND THE BOOK WAS TO VAGUE AND JUMPED TO MUCH AND I FOUND THE SAME INFORMATION AT LIBRARY. ALSO LESKO BOOKS WAS MUCH BETTER, AND EAISER TO UNDERSTAND.

Review: I have found this book to effectively communicate the key factors in building wealth using real estate. I am buying a copy for each of my real estate investor clients. It's required reading before you invest and it will help you protect the real estate wealth that you will create.

Review: I read this book before I read the Amazon reviews. I was shocked at some of the negative comments. My recommendation is to read all of the how-to real estate books you want. When you finally decide you're going to invest, buy this book. It will save you money and headaches. If nothing else it will give you a basic understanding of ownership options and tax benefits (loopholes) that you can then discuss with a lawyer and accountant. Know what you're getting in to before you make your first offer to buy. It is the only real estate book that I am 100% satisfied with. Good luck!

Summary: Best real estate book out there.
Review: In looking at real estate books available on the bookshelves, I find that most are generic and say the same thing.Real Estate loopholes is different. It starts where the other books leave off and is updated for 2003.I bought it on Sunday and couldn't put it down. Also recommend Real Estate Riches.
