Summary: Outstanding Concepts, Mediocre "Techniques"
Review: Overall, I was VERY impressed with the quality of information in this book. The *concepts* presented, on how to manage your time and build your business effectively, for example were absolutely on the mark. However, I definitely felt some of the scripts and "techniques" were on the cheesy side and a little bit high-pressure. I think it's important for every agent to develop their own style, so - lousy scripts aside - this book is a must-read if you are looking for inspiration and direction on building a successful real estate career.

Summary: What you can get out of " POWER AGENT IN REAL ESTATE"
Review: The book is great. It is the same material used in the 12 month Darryl Davis Program. The program itself helps those not as self motivated, but anyone who reads the book, does what it says and can hold themself accountable, will benefit greatly. For others if they even get a couple ideas and put them to use, they will increase their income.

If you are curious as to what the "Next Level" means, buy this book! Personally, I only expected a monotary increase but what I've acheived is "riches" in all areas of my life! With the practical application of Darryl's tools in his book combined with enrollment in his Seminar, my thought process has come "out-of-the-box" and into great things! This book is instant access to success! Darryl's book is the most comprehensive Real Estate Book I've ever read!

Review: This book is full of salesman scripts and manipulation. I was disappointed in the book. I dont think the days of just being honest are totally gone and I dont think you should have to have a script to answer your clients every questions, Why not just tell them the truth??? The book had a couple of good prospecting ideas and was somewhat motivating, but all in all it's a good book for a used car salesman.

Review: This book is worth every penny! Should be part of any agent's required reading. Darryl has a unique view on how to help agents become less dependant on personality and more focused on how to help clients achieve their goals. It's fresh and a very easy read. I am buying a couple more so I can give them to agents I work with. Don't let your experience stop you from reading this book. Good for all! Thanks Darryl for this great tool and business workbook.

Summary: A must read book for real estate agent
Review: This book step by step teaches me to be a very focus, effective and productive real estate agent. I learned a lot of marketing and sales strategies from the book. The shiny penny technique teaches me working on the houses instead of buyers, the deeper cut conversation helps me to get more listings, listing inventories chart makes my goal clear. There are much more in the book. To be a real estate agent, you'd better read the book serveral times, it is very helpful.

Review: This is a great book. I am about half way through at the time of this review. So far there have been many great tips on how to increase your real estate business. This book is great for a new agent or a power seller. I plan on using all of the techniques that are talked about in this book. Great book, definetly worth the price
