Summary: Great book for a new start!
Review: Stephen Snyder's book (as well as his seminar) were greatly appreciated for helping me get my credit back on track after bankruptcy. His ideas are sound and a great jumping off point. So glad I went to the seminar and read the book afterwards.

Summary: Great tips for recovering your financial health
Review: I'm a mortgage loan officer, and I recommend Mr. Snyder's book to my customers who DON'T qualify for loans because it's the on ramp for the fast lane to good credit.

You need to have, use, and maintain credit to build wealth. Unfortunately, re-establishing credit after a bankruptcy filing is easy, but doing it the right way isn't. Mr. Snyder's advice and explanations about the credit system, secured credit cards, installment loans, types of revolving accounts to avoid, etc are all dead on target. This book explains the pitfalls, loan sharks and sleazeballs who try to take advantage of people at the end of their rope. If you filed bankruptcy, this is the book for you. Other books on this topic, like Ms. Langguth-Ryan's, actually advise you to things that are detrimental to an improved score.

As for the religious section that another reviewer complained about: It's short. I'm a catholic, and the Christian fundamentalist bible study Mr. Snyder recommends would make me uncomfortable. But I do think he has every right to suggest that morality has a role to play in building your fortune, and to tell you that learning ethical and moral standards through his faith tradition was a part of his financial recovery. You can take it or leave it, or do what I did and adjust it to meet your personal beliefs. Most people end up in bankruptcy (not all, most) because they made poor financial and life decisions. If Mr. Snyder didn't share how he changed his financial situation by changing his life habits, he'd be dishonest.

Get the book. And don't waste your time with others.

Summary: Credit After Bankruptcy
Review: This book (and seminar where I first learned of this book) was extremely helpful to me in the aftermath of bankruptcy. I knew nothing about how to rebuild credit or that this was even an option. Stephen Snyder's book offers excellent practical information for moving forward. I highly recommend both his book and seminar.

Summary: This book and Stephen's seminars changed my life!
Review: I have read this book numerous times. I use it as a guide for my new financial lifestyle. I would not be in the financial position I am now without Stephen's help. God bless him for his honesty and intelligence! Read the entire book and apply the principles, it will help you too!

Summary: The Best Book for Recovering From Bankruptcy
Review: I've been through bankruptcy and thanks to Stephen Snyder, I am no longer embarrassed about it. The number of people who have done the same is staggering. This is THE book to purchase if you're like me and want to recover and regain your good credit. I've recommended it to everyone I know who has gone through bankruptcy or who is considering it. Unlike many recovery scams, Stephen has been there, recovered and did it in a totally legal fashion. I won't spoil the story, but it's powerful! If he can do it, all of us can do it. It also makes a great gift for anyone you know who has declared bankruptcy.

Summary: Awesome Book !
Review: The information in this book is an absolute necessity for anyone who was forced to file bankruptcy. It would also be very helpful for anyone just looking to improve their credit rating. Not only is the book very helpful, but they are very quick to answer any questions over the phone or via e-mail. I am very impressed with that aspect and prompt responses that I get to my questions. These guys are just genuinely good people, which is nice to find nowadays.
