Review: Mind you - I am a bit prejudiced because William Holley was largely responsible for my interest in Human Resources while at Auburn UniverSity. This book is an exceptional review of the whole Labor Ralations history and processes. It is a great reference book for HR professionals covering all of the legal aspects of labor relations.

Summary: Managed to stay Awake....
Review: Well, I must admit I thought that this book would be BORING, but it was actually pretty interesting. I was surprised. It had a lot of information about unions, and I was able to form a non-biased opinion about them from this book. It is worth the read if you want to know more about the Labor Relations Process.
