Summary: poorly organized with small photographs
Review: I would personally not recommend this textbook for the following reasons: The chapters are organized in a confusing way with chapters organized not based on organ but on disease type. Certain chapters are certainly better than others with the liver, pancreas and extrabiliary tract being particulary better than those covering the small and large intestine. The photographs are in certain cases adequate and in others are too small and hard to interpret. Overall, I would not buy this book given the high price but may consider using it as an ancillary text
