Review: This was a great book, it left few stones unturned. The author is a licensed appraiser with a lot of experience in the field. I felt that this book was on par with all books on this subject that I've read so far. My only complaint is that this book is a little dry. I spent much longer reading it than I planned, but that's ok. Another drawback is the lack of tax-shelter information, something that all authors of this sort of book seem to ignore. Anyone looking into getting into the real estate business, and especially the rehab market should add this book to their library.

Review: We have read several of the recommended books for home rehabbing. This is by far the BEST. It is full of the details you need, and truthful advice. If you only read one book before starting-- it must be this one.
